In these economically difficult and uncertain times, when the corona virus is causing terrible health and economic damage around the world, many young companies and the self-employed are hoping anxiously that the measures will be relaxed soon, and that business operations will resume. Almost all industries are severely affected by the virus. Most of them negatively. Especially including the trade fair and event industry. There have been no live events since March 2020, so a large part of our business is ceased. Our staff yearns for new, exciting projects whereas it remains uncertain when these may take place again. For the time being, all major events in Germany are cancelled until at least August 31, 2020. So, we have no choice but to show perseverance and patience.
During this crisis, creativity is now required. Burying our head in the sand is not an option. We are rather seeing to use this special and unforeseen time to start new projects and open up new branches of business, in order to emerge from the crisis stronger than before. A successful entrepreneur accepts the circumstances offered to him and uses them in his favour. Unfortunately, complaining does not help and even if it is an absolute tragedy that so many people are affected by the massive recession, so many livelihoods fail and companies perish, it is comforting somewhere that we are all in the same boat.
We have little influence over when we can start our business as usual again, so now it is time to prepare for the hopefully upcoming boom. We are waiting in the wings to finally start doing business again. Corona – We won’t let you get us down!
