For the Coca-Cola KICK-OFF event in January 2020, an in-house event of Coca-Cola European Partners Deutschland GmbH for employees from the sales & marketing area, Fleek Management GmbH was commissioned to provide the staff. It was a major event at the Estrel Hotel Berlin, for which 1,600 guests were expected. An event of this size requires personnel that we can use flexibly for different positions. Since we draw from a pool of highly professional staff, we quickly found an excellent team that actively supported us in the implementation of the event. Our hostesses and hosts can be used versatile and are able to quickly familiarize themselves with new positions and tasks.
The following provides an overview of the tasks that our hostesses and hosts took on during the Coca-Cola event:
- The greeting of guests and their accreditation at the reception counter, as well as the issuing of admission wristbands and parking tickets.
- The supervision of the cloakroom, meaning the handling of the jackets and luggage.
- The support of the speakers in the Speakers Area including the drinks service for speakers and VIP guests on the stages. In this position the access control of the separated area was one of the tasks of the staff.
- The coordination of the transfer buses at the main train station, at the airport and various hotels in Berlin. This position involved welcoming the arriving guests and guiding them to the shuttle buses.
- The delivery of sweets and drinks to guests during breaks.
- The instruction and supervision of the rostrum’s entrances and exits during the entire period of the event.
- The distribution and receipt of the headphones for simultaneous translation to the guests.
- The large number of staff and the sum of the various tasks represents a challenge for each hostess agency in terms of coordination. Our years of experience and the resulting expertise in personnel recruitment and placement for trade fairs and events helped us to react quickly to any unforeseen situation and resulted in making Coca -Cola a happy customer.
